Immacolata Battaglia, the president of the Circolo di Cultura Omosessuale Mario Mieli, Rome's largest gay group.  Imma (whose name in Italian aptly means "Immaculate Battle") is a gay rights powerhouse.

The beautiful Foro Romano - which contains the ruins of the old Roman Senate, various temples, and the site where Julius Caesar was cremated - served as a portion of the backdrop to Sunday's open-air fashion show at Piazza Venezia.
